The Turtle Cave is an area branching off of The Veil. It is filled with passive turtles of varying sizes.

- Urchin Armor
- Requires Beast form and a dish granting at least +1 speed. In Beast form, swim up the waterfall. Continue upwards to the largest bubble. Eat a dish for at least +1 speed then dash upwards to reach the Urchin armor in the topmost bubble.
- Rukh Egg ingredient
- Requires reaching the Urchin Armor, as described above. Confirmed with +2 speed, but it might not be necessary. After reaching the Urchin armor, dash up-right from the topmost bubble to land on the wall just below a bird nest. Change to energy form and shoot the bird until it flies away, dropping an egg. Jump onto the egg to collect it.
