The Tooth is a treasure found after defeating the Energy Boss in The Energy Temple. It can be found under Naija after the cutscene.
Once obtained, the tooth will appear in Naija's Home in the room just past the gate to the east of the save crystal.
The in game text reads "In the rush of victory, I pulled this large tooth from the Energy God's jaw. I decided to keep it, as a reminder..."
