As your first enter the ruins by swimming past the current barreing the way in Beast Form, you'll see blueish lights zooming by. Go downwards a bit, and you'll find a tablet with notes/a song on it, and pictures of sea-horse-men. These sea-horse-men are the Arnassi, obviously. Sing the song on the tablet, and a race will start. The little turtles with seemingly crystaline shells that glow mark 'finish lines,' and the lights zooming by will help you know where the track is. Finish the race quickly enough, and some sea-horse-armor will appear in the area below the tablet where the song is found.
Also, if you go into Spirit Form near the lights zooming along the race track, you'll see that they are spirits, and name on a more Arnassi-like appearance when you go into spirit form.
If you go up to the top-most room in this area, off the track where the Arnassi spirits zoom, you'll find a treasure. The 'Song plant spore.'
Besides a few glowing plants, I believe that is all on the track. Now, to mention the inner ruins; They can be found if he go directly right of the tablet untill you find an entrance to a new area. Now, once in the inner ruins, if you proceed along the main passage there, you'll soo find one of those 'save crystals,' or 'red crystals.' Here the path splits in two. Up, and right. If your go right, it leads to a rather dark area, but it you move along the outtermost walls in fish form, two secrets can be found. One is a statue, or treasure found somewhat on the left side of this 'dark place.' The second is a passge you must be in fish form to wriggle through. The passage is found off to the right of this area, behind a large statue of an Arnassi. Behind this statue's knee, to be exact. Once you've squeezed through this passge and into the next room, you'll find an ancient turtle. But, it doesn't seem to connect with the other turtle's route, as it only goes to one area. This area seems to be fully closed off (Except for the turle you used to get there) from the rest of the map, and seems to be of the Kelp Forest. In this small area, if you look all around it, (Which will be easy due to it's small size) is a strange... Creature. It has one large eye, and little knobs pokeing off of it with hair-like tenticals drapeing down. Right click on it, and it will sing a note, and one of the knobs will open up to reveal a color corrisponding to the note. Sing the correct note, and it will go on to sing another. Sing the wrong not, and it will make a 'roaring' sound, and try again on a different note if you right click it again. It seems to be a memory challenge, but it's horrifcally difficult as the chains of notes can get very complexed. Succeed, and you get a third cooking slot to be around even when your not at a kitchen. Succeed again, and you get a handroll.
Now, if you go up instead of turning right at the 'save crystal' marking the fork in the path at the inner ruins, theres another thing. If you keep on swimming in the general direction of up, you'll find a 'boss' at the top-most chamber. A giant crab, to be exact. When it bends it's claws downward to shoot projectiles at you, you need to attack the opened 'weak points' at it's joints. You can also attack the eyes. Once you attack either joint enough, the claw of the joint you inflicted enough damage on will fall off. Once both claws and both eyes can no longer be attacked, you'll have to get at it's belly. This is done when it jumps up, intending to come down onto the character. If your under it, you'll have the chance to attack it's stomache, and you can possibly dash out from under it before it crashes down on you. Once defeated, this boss rewards you with a new costume, fashioned from it's armored shell.
There are a few writings in the Arnassi Ruins area, but I do not know how to decipher them. Thus, I hope someone will come along and find them, and translate them, and thus add them to this area.|style="text-align:right"|
